Richmond Eye Associates is excited to welcome Samuel Hughes, M.D. Dr. Hughes is an ophthalmologist specializing in small incision cataract extraction with lens implant, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), and the diagnosis and management of glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, and diabetic eye disease.
